Die Contact Jahresgruppe schafft einen fokussierten, einfühlsamen Rahmen für eine regelmäßige CI Praxis und ermöglicht intensives Lernen in einer erfahrenen, inspirierenden Gruppe. Contact Prinzipien werden im Körper erlebt, erforscht und verinnerlicht. Sie werden ‚einverleibt‘, beginnen zu wirken und sich in unsere Tanzpraxis und in unseren Alltag zu integrieren.

Through continuous intensive practice, contact principles are embodied, they become part of our body and being. Gradually, they begin to integrate into our dance practice and beyond, unfolding into our everyday life and our connections.

Module 3 – spherical space and the interplay of spirals through all levels

Module 4 – follow through, falling and flow

Module 5 – wisdom of the body, reflexes and states of being relaxed and ready
